ALIVE is a week in Costa Rica created as a celebration of life, connection, adventure and being fully present for the life we’re actually living. 

Maybe you just want to go somewhere beautiful.
To swim in the ocean.
To move your body.
To laugh with new friends.
To explore somewhere completely different while not holding all the responsibilities of your day to day life. 
Maybe you want to ride horses through the jungle or try surfing for the first time.
To eat amazing food.
To have long conversations and even longer evenings.
To remember how good it feels to simply be alive.

We’ll spend the week together in a beautiful jungle setting, with daily yoga and somatic practices, nourishing local food, time in nature, beach days, waterfalls, cultural experiences and optional adventures like surfing and horseback riding.

And at the heart of it all is connection. Connection with ourselves, with the natural world and with other women. Space to be seen, to share, to laugh, to be curious about one another and to form the kind of friendships that happen when you step out of your normal life and into something new together.

There will be structure, but there will also be plenty of room to do absolutely nothing.

Swim. Rest. Explore. Read. Nap. Dance. Talk. Wander. Eat. Laugh.
